Job Description

  • Handling Refund Complaints while meeting defined TAT
  • Managing customer escalations received from various channels
  • Coordinating with other departments to ensure support activities are completed timely
  • Maintain MIS for further analysis and reporting
  • Study and analyze the refund process and recommend suggestions for improvement
  • Training the Customer Care team on existing process and new updates in the system
  • Escalating any challenges or issues to management to prevent customer escalations

Preferable:

  • Candidate should have working knowledge of MS Office, preferably hands on knowledge on Excel functions
  • Should have worked on MS Windows 2007 and later versions
  • Should have excellent written communications skills
  • Should be good with analytics and reporting
  • Should be able to deliver under pressure
  • Note:- Should be from logistics company
