Job description


A. Alliances and Partnerships to drive Digital Sales 

i. Manage existing Digital Sales Partnerships (8 active Sales partners) with annualized business line of ~Rs. 18 Cr across Web aggregators and Digital Brokers 

  • Development and end to end management of key web aggregator relationships
  • Devise and implement strategies to enhance share of shelf with strategic business partners
  • Partner relationship management including business plan and engagement map 
  • Identify and implement interventions on strategic levers identified to over deliver business plan
  • Managing PandL of the respective partners and optimize spends to maximize incrementality
  • Work closely with Operations to create and establish relevant processes for prospect funnel management, online policy issuance and other aspects of customer management
ii. Build strategic alliances with ecommerce firms for retailing LI policies through website, mobile site and apps
  • Identify potential partners followed, develop suitable pitches and launch with finalised business partner 
  • Target alliances across categories such as - online shopping sites, financial services sites, tax filing sites, travel sites, health sites, payment aggregators etc.
B. Digital business initiatives and new products/ lines as well as Product development initiatives 
  • Holistic evaluation of opportunities for new product redevelopment
  • Incubate digital businesses around new initiatives like pension, health insurance and group term insurance, Activation etc 
  • Work closely with Products, Research, Marketing and other business teams in NPD
C. Process-Platform Development and Innovation 
  • Work with Operations (NB, UW and others to establish relevant processes for prospect funnel management and online policy issuance 
  • Drive Innovations in technology examining capabilities and collaborating with functional experts in areas of - Newer payment modes, Faster deployment of partners, Develop associations with service providers that can help us build process efficiency.
  • Collaborate with IT and Digital Marketing teams on 
  1. - User Journey Creation and CE enhancers, BRD creation and channel signoff
  2. - Ecommerce platform development and UAT

  • Manage development and deployment of white-labelled platforms
D. Outbound Workshop based campaigns with Corporates 
  • Work with Group Team to interact directly with Corporates / Brokers to onboard Large Corporates for Max Life Products
  • Workshop with Corporates for improving conversion for sales
  • Interact with Underwriting and Operations for designing dedicated products for corporates and mandate 80%+ issuance
E. Banca enablement for Online Sales 
  • Ideate and develop online enablement for Insurance Products at Banca mobile Apps, Netbanking, etc. 
  • Co Create end to end policy application and issuance journey for banca customers
